Music hall legend to share his stories
This one man show at The Theatre Royal in Bury St Edmunds at 7.30pm on March 26 sees Roy Hudd tell the stories and jokes, and sing the songs of the music hall era.
Many stories are direct from the mouth of the stars Roy, who is president of the British Music Hall Society and an expert of the field, worked with including Max Miller, G H Elliott and Randolph Sutton.
Roy’s appearances as stars like Bud Flanagan (he won an Olivier Award for his portrayal of Flanagan in Underneath The Arches) and Albert Chevalier, demonstrate his versatility and ability to play the performers.
