Hit after Motown hit in Bury St Edmunds show
Music fans are invited to join the party as hit touring concert show the Magic of Motown celebrates its 10th birthday with a tour of the UK and Ireland, including a show at The Apex at 8pm on June 17.
Set to thrill its millionth music fan this year, the production’s 2016 show honours the 50th anniversary of the Four Tops’ chart-topping single Reach Out, I’ll Be There with its all-new Reach Out Tour.
The Magic of Motown revives all-time favourites like: Stop in the Name of Love; Dancing in the Street; My Guy; Ain’t No Mountain High Enough; This Old Heart of Mine; I Heard it Through the Grapevine; Endless Love; All Night Long; Heatwave; I’m Coming Out; Why Do Fools Fall in Love; Get Ready; Ain’t Too Proud to Beg; My Girl; I Want You Back; I’ll Be There; Uptight (Everything’s Alright); How Sweet it Is and of course Baby Love.
Magic of Motown has racked up more than 1,500 performances over 10 years.
With its American born-and-bred male lead, Andre Lejaune, the Magic of Motown promises five-star performances that will authentically revive the style and sophistication of everyone’s favourite musical legends.
The performers, especially put together for the 2016 tour, are backed by the long-established Magic of Motown band who, according to Michael, create the elusive, authentic Motown sound.
