3 Little Pigs fly into Cambridge Arts Theatre
The award-winning writing duo Stiles and Drewe put a new melodic twist on the classic children’s fairy tale The Three Little Pigs, in an endearing musical for children aged three years and up.
He can huff and puff until the cows come home, but will the Big Bad Wolf get the better of the three little superstar piglets? In a brand new re-telling of the classic table, the three little pigs become world-renowned celebrities, defying a misunderstood wolf who wants to have them for dinner.
Featuring catchy songs, jokes and jests, this curly musical tale is perfect for little ones and parents alike.
George Stiles and Anthony Drewe have been writing together for thirty years, examples include musicals Honk!, Mary Poppins and Peter Pan – A Musical Adventure, as well as revues and songs for a variety of theatre, TV and radio shows.
They have also won numerous awards, the Laurence Olivier Award for Best New Musical (Honk!) and the TMA Best Musical Award (Moll Flanders), as well as Mary Poppins, which has won 44 major theatre awards worldwide including Tony, Olivier, Helpmann and London Evening Standard Awards.
The show runs from August 10 to 21 at the Cambridge Arts Theatre, with performances at 11am every day and 2pm on selected days.
