Saturday saw four Cycle Club Sudbury riders taking part in the Lea Valley 25-mile time trial on the fast E2/25 course.
Weather conditions were very poor and bike handling difficult, but despite this Dave Crisp achieved a personal best time of 59 minutes and 42 seconds.
Quickest of the four was Jonathan Weatherley 56-09, with Jody Downs 56-37 and Barbara Law 1-27-07.
John Bradbury continued his fine early season form, coming seventh in the King’s Lynn 25-mile TT in a time of 1-02-14.
The Sudbury club time trialling season starts tonight (6.45pm), on the Lavenham 10 course.
Anyone wishing to take part needs to sign on in the car park behind the Cock pub by 6.15pm.
