TOP motocross rider Carl Nunn raced to a hat-trick of wins on his 350cc KTM at Halstead and District Motorcycle Club’s Wednesday evening meeting.
After winning his allcomers heat at the track in Wakes Colne, he went on to take another first in his semi-final before winning the grand final 11 seconds ahead of second place rider Chris Bastick. Third place went to Halstead rider Lewis Tombs.
In the other semi-final, first place had gone to Brad Tomlin, riding a 450cc Yamaha for meeting sponsors GH Motorcycles/G&B Finch. Teenager Luke Norris was second and Jordan Divall third.
There was a win for Luton club rider John Gill in the consolation final. Second place was Will Kerry (Woodbridge) with third place going to teenager Jonathan Bourne (Kensworth).
The next Halstead and District Motorcycle Club motocross meeting will be at Little Loveney Hall on August 4 and 5.
