IT WILL be a full house for the third Dave Roper Memorial Motocross this Sunday.
Organisers Sudbury Motorcycle Club have confirmed 40 riders in the NGR Championship will be fighting for the top places over three races at Tye Farm, Great Cornard.
The other 80 riders will be divided into two groups, with the first 20 in each seeded in to the allcomers final, while the rest will compete in the non-qualifiers final.
Last year’s winner Brad Tomlin will be out to repeat his win, but will have strong opposition from Jason Moreland who was third last year.
The Sudbury Club is hoping for a good crowd in order to boost funds for the Dave Roper Memorial Fund, set up in memory of the former club chairman.
In 2011 there were 500 spectators and the event is designed to be a fun day out for everyone.
It is hoped to have the 2012 Team Dave Roper shirts on display which the 11 sponsored riders will be wearing in this year’s EMG/Eastern Centre Solo Enduro Championship.
Practice starts at 10am, first race 11am. Admission is £5 per person and programmes £2.
