Justin Crissell had a header cleared off the line for Melford, but two goals in the last 15 minutes for March finishing the one-sided scoreline, with Thompson (penalty) and Emmington both getting their second of the game.

n Melford travel across the Norfolk border to play Fakenham Town on Saturday (3pm).

n The First Division’s bottom two face off when Cornard United host Stowmarket Town on Saturday (3pm), the former having lost 5-0 to Great Yarmouth Town last Saturday, to make it 32 league games without a win.
