Fourteen-year-old Mia Hoy and Katrina Theobald picked up gold medals when Tudor Archers hosted their Valentine’s Shoot on Sunday.

Archers from across Essex and Suffolk took part in the all-day event at Sudbury Upper Sports Centre.

The home club won a host of medals — including gold for Hoy in the junior girls’ recurve and Theobald in the longbow, as well as bronze in compound.

Guy Crawford won bronze for longbow, while Tony Sewell, Phil Griffith, Lee Morgan-Jones and Theobald received a silver medal each in the team award.
