Talent was there for all to see

I would like to say a big thank you to the organisers (The Glemsford Angels and St Mary’s Church Committee) and all the contestants of the Glemsford’s Got Talent evening which was held at Glemsford Village Hall on Saturday, April 28.

The village hall was full to capacity, the atmosphere was terrific and the acts very entertaining, also proving that Glemsford definitely has got talent!

The winning act was the choir from Glemsford Primary School and I know that I was certainly not the only person that was quite emotional during their rendering of Take That’s Rule the World and Irene Cara’s Fame.

They certainly lifted the school out of all the negative publicity that they have endured over the last few months. The school and the village should be very proud of them all.

Many thanks for a wonderful evening
