RESIDENTS at Melford Court were treated to an all-singing, all-dancing performance.
Twenty-five children from the Theatretrain performing arts group visited the nursing home in Long Melford to perform I don’t feel like dancing for residents and staff.
The cast have been in rehearsals for the show, which looks at how human beings move, for weeks. It features a range of songs from Michael Jackson’s Thriller to Riverdance. They will perform at the Royal Albert Hall in September.
Emma Pryke, who is the administrator at Melford Court and centre director for Theatretrain, said: “The residents really enjoyed it all. This is about the fourth time we have performed and they look forward to it.
“It is something a bit different for them.”
