Woman injured by falling fence in Glemsford

A woman believed to be in her 70s has been taken to hospital after a fence came down on her arm on Kings Road, Glemsford, yesterday.

The East of England Ambulance Service was called at 12.41pm and dispatched an ambulance crew who treated the woman at the scene for a serious but not life threatening arm injury before taking her to West Suffolk Hospital for further care.
