Winter stories wanted for competition

Aspiring writers are being asked to pen a short story on the subject of winter for a competition at Sudbury Library.

The second annual contest, organised by the Friends of Sudbury Library, runs until January 31 and has three categories for children aged 11 and under, those between 12 and 17 years of age and over 18s, with £100 of prizes on offer.

Entries, which must be less than 1,500 words in length, can be submitted along with a form available from the library.
