Valuables and cash stolen during overnight burglary in Sudbury

A laptop, watches and cash were stolen from a home in an overnight burglary in Sudbury last week, prompting a police appeal for witnesses to the theft.

The incident took place Friday between 1am and 7am, when a number of offenders entered a property in Friars Street via an insecure ground floor window.

They subsequently made off with two wallets, cash, two watches, and a satchel that contained a HP laptop.

Suffolk Police is now calling for anybody who witnessed suspicious activity in the area between the times stated, or who has any information about the theft, to come forward.
