A crash involving two lorries led to the A14 westbound between junction 36 for the A11 and junction 34 for Fen Ditton being closed for 14 hours today.

The carriageway has now been resurfaced and is fully open following the collision which took place at 6.10am this morning.

The Highways Agency was forced to keep the road closed after a large fuel spill meant 100 metres of road had to be repaired.
