A THREE car crash caused lengthy delays for Sudbury commuters yesterday evening.
Emergency services were called to the crash which took place on the A134 near Cockfield junction at 5pm.
Fire crews from Sudbury and Long Melford were among those in attendance after reports that two people had been trapped by the collision.
Cutting equipment was used to release the trapped pair, before the vehicles were made safe.
No-one was injured in the crash and traffic between Sudbury and Bury St Edmunds returned to normal levels around 7.30pm.
