A museum and gallery in Sudbury has created a questionnaire to find out what visitors like about the town and how it can be improved.

The survey – created by Gainsborough’s House in partnership with Sudbury Town Team – has already been handed out at the twice-weekly market, but has now been placed online.

It has been put together to ensure both residents and visitors alike have the opportunity to suggest ways in which Sudbury could prosper in the future.

All those who complete the survey will be entered into a prize draw to win six £25 gift vouchers to spend at Jonathan Lambert Fine Jewellers, Kingfisher Leisure Centre, Sainsbury’s, The Secret Garden Fine Tea Room and Restaurant, Sudbury Physiotherapy Centre and Winch & Blatch.

“It’s all about community and celebrating what we have,” said town centre development manager Jane Hatton.

“We have a fantastic opportunity to create a two-way dialogue with residents and visitors to Sudbury to find out how aware people are of what the town has to offer and how we can make real improvements to ensure Sudbury is a destination for shopping, services and tourism.

“We urge everyone to complete this questionnaire and, now that it’s available online, you can do this from the comfort of your own home.”

The closing date for the survey and prize draw will be 5pm on Friday, May 8.
