A Sudbury primary school has used a global awareness day to highlight the importance of internet safety.
Digital ambassadors at Woodhall Primary School were on hand to give an assembly to fellow pupils as part of a Safer Internet Day.
Headteacher Matthew Fuller said the aim of the ambassadors was to help promote digital safety, as well as raise awareness of potential concerns.
Mr Fuller said: “Given the proliferation of digital devices and children’s access to the internet and social media, it is crucial that, as a school, we raise awareness of both the positives and the dangers of the internet.
“One of the biggest dangers is the sharing of personal information and photos, and this was the key focus for this year’s Safer Internet Day.
