Sudbury agency Boydens earns recognition at British Property Awards
A Sudbury firm has come out top for lettings, based on customer service, in an awards scheme for estate agents.
Manager Angela Jeffery and her team at Boydens in North Street have gained recognition from The British Property Awards.
The scheme provides estate agents throughout the UK with an opportunity to compare the services they provide, and receive recognition for outstanding customer service.
Sudbury’s branch of Boydens was awarded gold for its lettings service run by Angela, who said: “I am happy that Sudbury has won.
“I hope this recognition will show potential customers that we are the right agent for them.”
Boydens managing partner David Boyden added: “I have long known that Angela and her team in Sudbury have been delivering excellent service to our clients and this award only serves to confirm this.”
The British Property Awards were created by a team of former estate agency owners, and are based on a mystery shop of estate agencies in towns throughout the UK, using 25 different criteria in measuring customer service.
Winners in towns are then shortlisted for a national award, with the scheme culminating in a grand final held later in the year.
