THE 173rd Hadleigh Show takes place on Saturday with the traditional agricultural show featuring sheep rearing, falconry displays, donkey rides, horseriding stunts and scores of stalls and exhibits.
Set in Holbecks Park, close to Hadleigh town centre, the gates open at 8am and close at 6pm.
This year, entrance tickets have been kept at the same price as last year and organisers are expecting a good turnout, keeping their fingers crossed that the weather stays dry.
The Blazing Saddles stunt team will be thrilling the crowds with two displays in the main ring of fast and furious riding with 11-year-old Skye Woodward, the youngest stunt rider in the UK, joining them.
Visitors can see the 30 shortlisted entries in a competition to design the cover of this year’s show catalogue.
