Furious mobile phone users in Sudbury, who have complained about poor reception, have said it is still frustratingly inconsistent.
Jackie Jordan, of Crayford Road, has set up a Facebook page which is still receiving daily complaints from users of EE, Orange and T-Mobile.
“It still comes and goes,” she said. “EE promised to call me but no-one has.
“EE said it was my phone, but my boyfriend doesn’t have a signal either. I look on Facebook and everyone is saying the same.”
Miss Jordan said she was told it would cost more than £300 to buy herself out of her contract.
“People are being told it is their phones and are replacing perfectly good ones,” she added.
