A MYSTERY special guest will be the main attraction at a Christmas party being organised for senior citizens.
Sudbury Town Council is arranging a Christmas Party at the town’s Delphi Centre, where up to 200 guests will enjoy a traditional Christmas lunch before being treated to carols from Woodhall Primary School choir.
A mystery star attraction will then provide further entertainment.
The party will replace two smaller annual celebrations which have previously been held at the Town Hall.
Teresa Elford, Sudbury mayor’s secretary, who is helping to organise the event, said: “This is the first time we have held the event at the Delphi Centre, meaning we can cater for more people.
“The guests will receive a glass of sherry on arrival before enjoying a Christmas lunch with all the trimmings and after the carols we have a special guest who we are sure will go down very well.”
The party takes place on December 14 at midday. Tickets are available from Sudbury Town Hall on 01787 372331.
