Safe containing valuables stolen following break-in at property in Stansfield

A safe containing numerous valuables was stolen following a break-in at a property in Stansfield last week, which police believe may be linked to two other incidents.

The burglary occurred in Lower Street on Monday, May 4, between 3.45pm and 4.45pm.

During this period, a number of offenders forced entry into the property via a back window, before stealing a black safe, containing personal documents, a quantity of cash, a silver Acer laptop, a Tissot V8 watch, and a Nixon Super Rover stainless steel watch.

Officers from Suffolk Police are also investigating potential links with burglaries in Ousden and Wickhambrook, which took place on the same day.

Anybody who saw any suspicious activity in the Lower Street area of Stansfield at the times stated, or who has any information about the incident, should call 101, quoting the crime reference number 24733/20.
