The landlady of a Great Cornard pub is looking for performers to join in its efforts to mark VE-Day.
Each year the Five Bells in Bures Road puts on celebrations in commemoration of the official day the Second World War came to an end.
It regularly attracts hundreds of visitors, with military vehicles on display in the pub car park and has raised thousands of pounds for soldiers charity Help for Heroes.
“We want to get as much help as possible to make the event bigger than ever,” said landlady Wendy Hedley.
“Anyone who can provide entertainment, such as singing or dancing in 1940s style, or has big military vehicles would be great.”
Last year the pub was covered in army camouflage and raked in around £2,000 for charity.
The celebrations are due to be held on May 9, 10 and 11 and will include a prize raffle.
Anyone willing to get involved should contact Wendy on 01787 379016.
