Prince William pictured on air ambulance call out in Sudbury

Prince William attended a call out with the East Anglian Air Ambulance in Cross Street, Sudbury, on Tuesday morning after an 80-year-old woman dislocated her hip.

Providing additional pain relief and medication for the ambulance already on scene, the crew landed on nearby Freemans Little Common, just after 8.30am.

The woman was treated on scene before being taken to West Suffolk Hospital by road ambulance

Reader Lorna Hoey provided images after spotting Prince William piloting the helicopter during the call out.
