Police investigating after man stabbed near fast food outlet in Ipswich

Police are currently investigating the stabbing of a man in Ipswich.

Officers were called to a fast food outlet in the Bramford Road area shortly after 4pm today (Wednesday, December 2).

The Ambulance Service attended and the man, who is believed to have sustained a wound to the abdomen, has been taken to hospital.

Four men have been arrested near to the scene in connection with this incident and will be taken into police custody for questioning.

Officers are appealing for any witnesses to the incident or anyone with information to call Ipswich CID on 101 quoting CAD 278 of December 2.
