RESIDENTS in Long Melford are holding a “sale trail” to raise cash for little Megan Roper.
A number of houses on the Swanfield estate will be selling items outside their homes with proceeds going to help raise the £20,000 Megan’s family need to convert their home to cope with Megan’s condition.
Four-year-old Megan suffers from up to 40 convulsions a day and is unable to walk or talk.
Organiser Sue Smith said: “We know how difficult it must be for Megan’s family, so hopefully people will come to the sale and help raise some money.”
The event runs from 10am to 4pm on Saturday, July 9.
