Mid Suffolk has voted to leave the EU with a massive 78.2 percent turnout.

Despite the weather, voters turned out in their droves to have their say on the future of Britain.

A total of 61,231 verified votes were counted at Trinity Park in Ipswich this morning with 37 rejected.

33,794 voted to leave the EU while 27,391 voted to remain.

The result means all districts in Suffolk have voted to leave.
