A MAN suffered head and chest injuries after a crash in Great Waldingfield today.
Emergency services were called at 10.09am following a collision between a silver Ford Focus and a van on the B1115.
A police spokeswoman said: “Officers arrived to find the three casualties out of their vehicles. A 49-year-old man had a cut to his head and was unconscious but breathing.
“The air ambulance arrived and crews did not consider the man’s injuries to be life changing or threatening, although he did suffer a possible fractured sternum.”
The other casualties were a woman and a child, although no details of their injuries were reported.
The road was partly blocked and closed for a short period while the crash was cleared.
