Help is at hand for aspiring entrepreneurs in Suffolk
Aspiring entrepreneurs are being urged to do their bit to help build businesses in the Sudbury area.
The appeal comes from the enterprise agency Nwes, which is seeking to encourage would-be business leaders to develop their enterprising ideas and turn them into wealth-creating reality.
Suffolk is a hotbed for entrepreneurial talent and ambition.
As part of the push to inspire business creation, Nwes is hosting a free networking event during Global Entrepreneurship Week, which runs from November 16 to November 22.
The Sudbury networking event takes place on November 16 from 4.30pm to 6pm at South Suffolk Business Centre, Alexandra Road, Sudbury.
It is an opportunity for aspiring entrepreneurs to share information, expand their contacts, stimulate growth and realise ideas.
Guest speaker will be Suffolk Enterprise Centre tenant, Ellie Reed who is a partner in Gainsborough Wealth Management, aligned to St James’s Place. Ellie will be sharing her own business journey as well as some professional insights.
Kevin Horne, chief executive of Nwes, said: “Suffolk is a hotbed for entrepreneurial talent and ambition. In 2014 alone, we helped more than 200 established businesses to grow and supported over 650 start-ups.
“Being part of Global Entrepreneurship Week is a fantastic way to highlight the achievements of innovative, hardworking and ambitious business people in Suffolk.
