Young people will be asked to share their views on health services in the area during a talk in Sudbury next week.
Healthcare experts will be at the Kingfisher Leisure Centre in Station Road on Tuesday to offer healthy living advice and gain an understanding of what services need to be improved.
The event has been organised by the NHS West Suffolk Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG).
Dr Rakesh Raja, children and young person’s lead for the group, said it was important the opinions of teenagers and those in their 20s were taken into account.
“Young people use NHS services so their views are as equally important as those of older adults,” said Dr Raja.
The talk, which runs from midday to 3pm, will include information about dealing with stress, sexual health and advice on healthy eating and drinking.
There will also be support on the best way to quit smoking.
