The third Hadleigh Green Fair takes place on Saturday at the town’s Guildhall and with a special swift-watching event to celebrate the birds return from Africa.
Bird expert Adam Gretton, of Suffolk Ornithological Society, will be conducting a swift tour of the town, to show people the birds in action and how we can create nest boxes.
The ancient Guildroom and walled garden will throng with 22 stalls, live music, a Café Green and a green real ale Bar.
There will be live music, fair trade refreshments all day and stalls run by local groups including the ‘Hadleigh Year of the Sheep’. There will also be craft stalls and children’s activities.
Doors to the Guildroom open at 10am through till 4pm.
