Feedback wins award

A FUNERAL director has been presented with an award in recognition of the quality of service it provides.

The Hunnaball Family Funeral Group, which has a branch in North Street, Sudbury, received a customer care award at a recent National Funeral Exhibition.

The award for the family-run business was given after 70 per cent of its clients stated they were “very satisfied” with the service they received.

Melanie Hunnaball, a funeral director at the group, said: “We are delighted our customers have given such positive feedback.

“We like to think we give the best level of service we can and it’s nice to know the things we do are appreciated.”
