FUNDRAISERS will be putting on their dancing shoes tomorrow night to take part in a Zumba session to raise money for Long Melford girl Megan Roper, four, who suffers from a mystery debilitating condition.
Megan spent the first few months of her life in hospital after suffering up to 40 seizures a day. The youngster is unable to walk, talk or even sit up without help.
Zumba, which combines Latin and international music with a fun workout is being held at Long Melford Primary School, in Cordell Road, tomorrow starting at 7pm.
Jodie Budd, a customer service advisor at Sudbury Town Council, has arranged the dance session because Megan’s parents Sarah and Carl Roper are trying to raise £20,000 towards conversions in their house to make life easier for their daughter.
Places for the dance can be booked by contacting Jodie Budd 07794 433813, Claire Ambrose 07926 577053 or Sarah Roper 01787 312798.
