DOGS of all shapes and sizes turned out at Boxford’s Homefield playing fields on Saturday for a fun dog show.
The third annual show attracted a huge variety of breeds. Organisers deemed the show a big success, despite the showery weather.
The 12 different classes saw competitions for best puppy, best super veteran, best cross breed, most handsome dog, prettiest bitch and best rescue dog.
As well as the judging, the event also included an agility demonstration. There were attractions such as sumo wrestling suits and a bouncy castle for children, as well as various craft stalls.
Show organiser Julie Richards said: “It was another really good event. We were very pleased with the turnout – it was very busy.”
She said around £900 was raised with proceeds being divided between Boxford Rovers youth football club and the Boxford Playing Fields Committee.
Judges were Tracey Walker and Tracey Hayter with compere Nick Athorne.
