A trio of keen walkers who decided to turn their hobby into a charity fundraiser have successfully walked from Great Cornard to Clacton On Sea.
Alan Giles, 21, and Joe, 21, and Callum, 17, Andrews-Worth completed the 28.2-mile walk on January 31.
Leaving Great Cornard at 6am the group arrived at Clacton Pier at 5pm.
In total it took 11 hours and just under 70,000 steps to complete the challenge, all three saying they felt the pain in the final five miles.
So far the trio have raised £750.
