A charity football match is being played in memory of a Sudbury motorbike enthusiast and football fan who died in January after a short battle with cancer.

Terry Bacon was a passionate biker, spending time rebuilding Harley Davidsons.

A keen support of AFC Sudbury, he worked for Sudbury-based businesses Domestic Appliances. The company is putting a team together to play at AFC Sudbury tomorrow night at 7.30pm.

The match is in aid of Cancer Research UK and there will also be a raffle with a number of impressive prizes.
