Plans for Sudbury’s new bus station should be revealed within the next three weeks.
Designs to renovate the Hamilton Road quarter area of Sudbury, including improvements to the town’s bus station, will be made public once consultations have been completed.
The area has been the subject of discussion for many years after being described as an “eyesore” and as “shabby”.
Initial proposals have been shown to councillors and bus companies.
Simon Barrett, Babergh District Council’s lead member for economic development and planning, said the plans had received positive feedback.
“We think this is a really good option going forward,” he said. “We have spoken to bus companies and they really like it.
“We have had a really positive response.”
