A branch of Greggs on Hadleigh High Street has reopened its doors to the public after undergoing a refurbishment.

The remodel comes as part of the bakery chain’s efforts to create a new look for outlets nationwide.

The new interior maximises space with a more open layout to fit with the company’s “food-on-the-go” initiative.

The store continues to offer a wide range of products, from pastries to fresh bread and lunch time meals.

On the opening of the remodelled store, manager Daniel Herridge said: “I am very proud to be managing this new-look shop and the team are looking forward to hearing what the local community think of the new look.”

The design features a contemporary interior to meet the demands of a modern retail environment.

Greggs retail director Raymond Reynolds said he was pleased with the finished look.

“We are delighted to be able to invest in Hadleigh and provide our valued customers with a modern and comfortable upgrade,” he said.

“This underlines our long-term commitment to the area and I’m sure it will be enjoyed by existing and new customers alike.”
