Autistic drumming star to perform at charity fun night

Drummer Alfie Anderson, who last year took part in Autism’s Got Talent in London, will be performing with his brother at the West Suffolk Branch of the National Autistic Society’s fun night fundraiser.

The charity’s second annual fun night – part of autism awareness month – will take place at the Delphi Social Club in Sudbury on April 17.

Alfie, 11, from Great Cornard, suffers from Asperger syndrome, a form of autism, and will perform with eight-year-old brother Travis under the name @mosphere.

As well as musical entertainment, there will be games for children, cash and prize bingo, a quiz, raffle and a tombola.

The bar will also be open.

Tickets cost £1 for the event, which runs from 7.30pm to 11pm.
