Organisers of the Bures Music Festival have booked a tribute act for the village’s big summer event.
To match the success of last year’s Queen tribute act, organisers have booked a Bowie tribute act called Absolute Bowie to headline the festival, which runs from July 3 to 7.
Also appearing are jazz drummer Roger Odell, founder of the 1980s jazz-funk band Shakatak, and Sudbury bands The Story Boys and Two Steps Twice.
Tom Moore, festival organiser, said: “We can’t wait to reveal more – it’s going to be amazing this year.”
He said the festival is bigger and better, appealing to a wider audience, including families and campers.
Bures Music Festival is a not-for-profit event which raised more than £9,000 for charity last year.
