FROM wood turning to cupcakes, rag dolls to handmade sweets, and candles to Indian pickles – visitors feasted their eyes and tastebuds at a craft and food fair on Sunday.
More than 600 people went to the fair at Hadleigh Town Hall, helping to raise well over £1,000 towards community events staged by the town’s entertainment committee.
The cash will go towards projects including the Christmas lights.
Trevor Clarke, who organises the twice-yearly fairs on behalf of Hadleigh Town Forum, said: “It was very successful. I think the good weather helped bring out the crowds.”
Dozens of stallholders took part selling a huge variety of items.
