Two icons of the big screen will help Sudbury Film Club get the new year under way with a flourish.
The club, which is starting its fourth year at The Quay Theatre in Quay Lane, meets once a month to watch and discuss films.
It is beginning the year with its first meeting today at 10.30am by taking a look at the work of Woody Allen.
Simon Frampton, the theatre’s film manager, who set up the club at the start of 2011, said anyone was welcome to join.
“The club has really started to establish itself and is a friendly group of people who have one thing in common – a love of film,” he said.
In February, the club will devote its meeting to Humphrey Bogart.
Each session is £10 or £35 for four. For more information, contact Mr Frampton on 01787 580453.
