Roads around Sudbury will be affected by the Aviva Women’s Tour cycling event next week.

On Thursday riders will make their way from Braintree to Clacton-on-Sea for stage two of the race - going through Sudbury, Boxford and Hadleigh.

Riders are due to reach Sudbury by 11.06am, Newton at 11.16am, Boxford at 11.24am, Hadleigh at 11.40am, Upper Layham at 11.46am and Raydon at 11.51am.

Likely delays are expected in Bulmer Road, Cross Street and Girling Street in Sudbury, in Boxford’s School Hill and Sand Hill, and in Hadleigh’s Gallows Hill, Calais Street, High Street and Benton Street.

On-road parking is suspended in Bulmer Road, Ballingdon Street and Newton Road in Sudbury. Also in Broad Street and Ellis Street, Boxford, and Gallows Hill, Bridge Street, High Street and Benton Street, Hadleigh.
