Students earn their chef whites at hotel

Two students from Sudbury have completed a week’s work experience at a top-class restaurant after winning a school competition.

Mia Claydon and Tom Garwood, who are both doing a hospitality course at West Suffolk College, spent time perfecting their skills in the kitchen and front of house at Auberge du Lac in Hertfordshire. “It was a great experience and a real privilege,” said Tom.
