INSPIRED: Joe Lambert.

A budding music producer from Sudbury has released a song to raise money for those affected by the Syrian conflict.

All proceeds raised by Joe Lambert, 24, will be donated to a campaign by Save The Children.

Joe is currently studying music technology and production at Derby University, but originally comes from Laundry Gardens, Sudbury.

He wrote and produced the song, called War, which features himself and two others rappers protesting against the impact of war.

“I just wanted to raise awareness,” said Joe. “Issues like this are still occurring and are often neglected in the media.”

Joe hopes to work as a producer and currently has and internship at a record studio.

You can download the song at www.rehmidi.bandcamp.com.
