Nayland will host a murder mystery this week when members of the Village Players tread the boards.
A cast of nine will be taking to the stage at the village hall for Murdered to Death – a spoof on an Agatha Christie type whodunnit.
Written by Peter Gordon, the play features a classic assortment of characters in a 1930s country house, including a retired colonel, a hapless police inspector and an elderly sleuthing spinster.
Performances take place on Thursday, Friday and Saturday at 8pm. For tickets, priced at £7.50, call 01206 262535 or visit the village post office.
