HAPPY New Year? For many people 2009 will be a year of uncertainty, yet, it is possible to have peace and confidence in such circumstances. Maybe you are saying, 'how is it possible?'
The answer to that is found in the Bible, the word of God.
In St Luke’s Gospel, Chapter 12, it says: “Life is more than eating, and drinking, food and clothing.”
With faith and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ we can have peace and security in these difficult circumstances because He knows our needs, and if we seek to live for Him, they will be supplied.
His promise is: “I will never leave you or forsake you, I will be with you always.” That is the secret of having a Happy New Year.
