Bucking broncos and stetsons brought a taste of the Wild West to Sudbury, as the town's first show of its kind took place at the Delphi club.
Teresa Elford, town council events organiser, said: "It was fantastic. Nearly 3,000 people turned up from across the county to see some of the most extraordinary horse riding I've ever seen."

Stunt riders, including Andy Butcher from Bures, entertained the crowds with daredevil tricks and Hollywood-style tumbles.

There were also line dancing, stalls and other demonstrations.

"The feedback was so positive and we will definitely be doing it again next year, only bigger and better," added Mrs Elford.
