Amanda Henry, of Sudbury Joggers, is the Suffolk Ladies cross-country champion, having clinched the title at Nowton Park on Sunday.
And she helped the Sudbury/Newmarket Joggers team to the Winter League ladies championship, just pipping Stowmarket Striders at the post.
There were good results all round for the Joggers, despite the rather windy conditions, on a fairly flat two lap course which measured just over five and a half miles.
Andy Buck was the first Sudbury Jogger home in 26th place, 36:38. Amanda Henry was next, finishing second lady, in 36th position overall in 37:48.
Gail Pryke was the next in, taking 80th position overall in 41:33, closely followed by Liz Sandford in 87th position, 42:08. Alex Wilsonwas the final Jogger home for 132 position overall in 47:15.
For other members of the Sudbury Joggers the Great Bentley half-marathon was the venue, which saw 816 finishers. The flat course is renowned for producing fast times, but the blustery conditions certainly put paid to many runners' targets.
Mark Clark ran a superb race, continuing his return to racing, finishing 52nd in 1:23:01, his fastest time for many years.
Christian Gillibrand extended his streak of personal bests by obliterating his old time by more than four minutes, finishing in 1:26:20 for 86th position.
Sudbury Joggers annual five-mile race is taking place on July 2 from AFC Sudbury. The main race is also preceded by junior runs for 6-14 year olds. Entry forms for the various races are available from www.sudburyjoggers.org.uk.

Hadleigh Hares fielded nine runners at Sunday's Great Bentley half-marathon.
The race, attracting nearly 1,000 runners, took place in bitter conditions and the cold wind made for a challenging run on a largely flat and exposed course.
Clive Pinnion put in a good performance, maintaining the sort of form he is looking to take to London in April. Matthew Gant also had a good run ahead of three of the club's triathletes who had cycled to Great Bentley by way of a warm up.
Mixed fortunes were to be had by the other Hares. Carol Nokes and Steve Alcock were pleased with their performances while Dave Ingleby put in a respectable run.
Chris Bone, still nursing an injury, was disappointed with his performance but happy to get round as he continues his marathon preparation.
Positions and times were: 79, 1.25.47, Clive Pinnion; 239, 1.36.05, Matthew Gant; 398, 1.45.43, John Chisnall; 399, 1.45.45, Nick Rush; 400, 1.45.47, Doug Grimwade; 502, 1.51.19, David Ingleby; 619, 1.59.24, Carol Nokes; 626, 1.59.50, Steven Alcock; 667, 2.03.48, Christian Bone.
In contrast to the open spaces and strong winds at Bentley, Steve Hunt and Paul Morgan ventured further afield to participate at the Watford half-marathon, with more than 2,000 other runners.
The course has several long hills and provides a stiff challenge through woodland countryside and country lanes by the M25.
