London 2012: Louise Jukes and Team GB lose second handball match

FORMER Harleston Magpie hockey player Louise Jukes was back in action at the London 2012 Olympic Games this afternoon.

She was part of the Team GB side that lost 37-16 to Russia in their second handball match of the Games.

Despite back-to-back defeats, Great Britain can still qualify for the knockout stages by finishing in the top four of their six-team pool.

Jukes’ next match takes place on Wednesday against Brazil (4.15pm).
